Protein Berries Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Whole coconut, meat and milk
3 Scoops Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein
1 Tbs chia seeds
1 Tbs raw virgin coconut oil
1 tsp manuka honey
1 cup organic frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries)

Instructions:

  • Combine all of the dry ingredients in a blender
  • Blend at highest speed several times to make a creamy smooth texture. Additional ice may be required for ice cream-like consistency
